Working Principle:
The ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer utilizes the principle of ultrasonic Doppler frequency shift to explore and measure blood flow movement information of non-fetal subjects. It is used for blood flow measurements in transcranial, cervical, and peripheral blood vessels, excluding analytical diagnostic functions.
TCD technology uses ultrasound to penetrate weak areas of the skull, combined with the Doppler principle, to perform real-time spectral analysis of Doppler frequency shift echo signals from red blood cells within blood vessels. This enables the analysis of cerebrovascular blood flow conditions, thereby facilitating the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
Structural Features:
The Kejin ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer adopts a modular design. It is compact, lightweight, and portable, and can be flexibly combined with external computer systems to achieve the detection functions of an ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow instrument.
Technical Characteristics:
The ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer features blood flow spectrum display, blood flow velocity measurement and calculation, parameter adjustment, cine playback, print report settings, and other functions. It can store, retrieve, and delete medical record data.
Ultrasonic Probes:
Equipped with a KJ-PW-2MHz ultrasonic probe with a measurement range not narrower than 500 cm/s to 5000 cm/s, enabling fixed-distance detection of intracranial cerebrovascular blood flow velocity.
Equipped with a KJ-CW-4MHz ultrasonic probe with a measurement range not narrower than 250 cm/s to 2500 cm/s, enabling detection of extracranial superficial blood vessel flow velocity.
Blood Flow Direction:
When the arrow points upward, the blood flow spectrum displayed above the baseline indicates forward direction, while below indicates reverse direction. When the arrow points downward, the blood flow spectrum above the baseline indicates reverse direction, while below indicates forward direction.
M-Wave Window:
After clicking the button, a progress bar appears in the lower right corner of the interface, indicating automatic blood vessel search. This process automatically adjusts the depth and freezes the spectrum when optimal conditions are reached.
Spectrum Playback:
After the image is frozen, click the playback function key to replay the recent detection process. Click again to stop playback.
Data Backup and Recovery:
As data stored in the TCD instrument accumulates, users may temporarily delete some data but wish to review it later. In such cases, users can utilize the data backup function to back up current user data to other partitions of the hard drive or other storage devices.
If stored data is corrupted or lost, or if previously saved examinee data needs to be reviewed, users can use the data recovery function to restore data from the backup to the software installation location. The data can then be viewed within the software.
